Access to sauna and steam room:
Take a break from daily life in our wellness area. A sauna and steam room, two foot basins, two rain showers as well as one interor and one exterior resting zone offer you pure relaxation. We charge 9.00 € per person/ day.
Best rate / hot deal:
The total amount indicated will be deducted from the credit card you specified upon reservation! Changes or cancellation cannot be done for free. In cases of change, cancellation or no-show payments will not be refunded.
Flexible rate / standard rate:
Cancellations and changes made until 6:00 p.m. at the day of arrival will be free of charge.For cancellations and changes made after this or no-show, 90 percent of the price for all nights will apply.
Reduced rates for children:
Little children from 0 to 4 years can sleep in their parents’ room at no extra cost.
Children from 5 to 14 years can sleep in their parents’ room at 50 % of the costs.
Arrival / Check-in:
Accommodation is guaranteed from 2:30 p.m. If you arrive after 6:00 p.m. we kindly request you to let us know.
Departure / Check out:
We kindly request you to leave your room no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure (Monday to Saturday). On Sundays, we request you to leave your room no later than 12:00 a.m. You wish to sleep longer? We offer you LateCheck-out until 2:00 p.m. for 30 € upgrade.
Your pet:
Not allowed. If you plan to bring your cat or dog, we advise you to book our Lodge-rooms.
