Hotel Specialist (m/f/d)

Main duties at the reception, reservations, and in service.
Reception: Advising guests and creating offers, receiving and processing reservations, check-in and check-out, invoicing, coffee and bar service, handling guest requests.
Service: Breakfast service, conference and banquet catering, à la carte service, beverage knowledge, serving rules.
Additional insights into the events department, housekeeping, kitchen, administration, and back office.

Above-standard compensation:
first year 1100 €, second year 1250 €, third year 1400 €.

Dual bachelo's degree program in "business administration with a specialization in hotel management" or "tourism management"

The HOTELCAMP REINSEHLEN is primarily a conference and seminar hotel. It is a place where people come together to learn something new and grow personally and professionally. However, the camp is also very popular with vacationers.

As a trainee, you help ensure that our guests have a positive and memorable stay. Together, we are here to meet our guests’ needs and wishes — and we take pride in achieving a high level of guest satisfaction. Team spirit and active, positive collaboration are especially important to us.

In the Camp-team, you'll find colleagues of all ages, some of whom have been with us for many years. Throughout your training, there will always be someone by your side who is available to answer questions and support you. If you successfully complete your apprenticeship, you can generally expect to be offered a permanent position.

What you need to know

In all apprenticeship programs, you will work in a shift system, including weekends and public holidays. You will have a 5-day work week with 2 ays off each week. During your first year of traiing, you will attend vocational school in Soltau two days a week; starting in the second year, this reduces to one day per week.
