NATRUAL TEAM BUILDING: HERDING SHEEP

Teams from Airbus to dental practices have done it. From executives to trainees, employees have led a flock of up to 1,000 sheep: across heathland, over a bridge, along a road, from point A to point B...
“Brilliant,” “dreamlike,” “finally something new,” “a leadership study” – these are common reactions.

The flock gives the team nothing for free. If teamwork falters or leadership weakens, the sheep break away. That’s when the herding dog steps in. The team learns quickly. Repeating mistakes takes energy. After each stage, there’s a feedback session. The team grows together and starts pulling in the same direction.

CURTAIN UP: THE THEATER WORKSHOP WITH SHARLATAN - THEATER FOR CHANGE

The structure is simple: It all starts with the topic and a shared vision. Once the content is clear, the creative phase begins: your team develops a storyline for a scene. The newly formed ensemble must then bring it to life – assigning roles and rehearsing. Our professional actors support you throughout the process, ensuring suspense, teamwork, and clear messaging. The grand finale is the performance: colleagues performing for colleagues. Applause for successful teamwork!

In addition to the “Curtain Up” workshop, Scharlatan Theater also offers a range of other creative workshops, as well as humorous and interactive entertainment programs.
