OUR APPRENTICESHIP PROFESSIONS
Hotel Specialist (m/w/d)
- Main duties at the reception, reservations, and in service.
Reception: Advising guests and creating offers, receiving and processing reservations, check-in and check-out, invoicing, coffee and bar service, handling guest requests.
Service: Breakfast service, conference and banquet catering, à la carte service, beverage knowledge, serving rules. - Additional insights into the events department, housekeeping, kitchen, administration, and back office.
Above-standard compensation:
first year 1100 €, second year 1250 €, third year 1400 €.
